About Me
Hi, I’m Gabe! I’m a master’s-level Clinical Psychology Student and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) who is passionate about supporting people through life’s transitions, challenges, and healing journeys.
I work with adults of all ages and have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, and self-esteem. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, and I strive to create a safe space where you can be fully seen and heard. I believe that pain, shame, anger, trauma, and grief often lie at the core of our struggles. Healing often comes when that core pain is addressed, not just the symptoms.
How I Work
I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches such as trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Whether you’re looking to process emotions, break old patterns, or work toward specific goals, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Clinical Orientation
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and relies on evidence-based practices. I often incorporate tools from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Mindfulness Techniques
Contemporary Psychodynamic/Relational Theory
Every client is different, and I adapt my work to best meet your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
Who I Work With
I currently work with individuals 18 and up, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. I do not currently offer couples or family therapy.
Sessions & Availability
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions for flexibility and comfort. I see clients at our Beaverton office and virtually on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Insurance Made Easy
I accept the following insurance plans:
Kaiser Permanente
Providence Health Plan
Self-pay is also welcome.
A Bit About Me
When I’m not in session, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my friends, and planning my next adventure. I see therapy as its own kind of adventure, one we navigate together, one step at a time.
