In-Network Insurance Plans
We are in-network providers with the following insurance companies:
Have UnitedHealthcare? Your mental health benefits are usually managed by Optum. If your card lists Optum Behavioral Health, we’re likely in network. We’ll verify your benefits before your first session.
For clients with in-network insurance, you will typically be responsible for any copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles as determined by your specific plan.
We can also provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement if your insurance provider is not listed above.
Our Rates
We offer the following services at these standard rates for self-pay clients:
53+ Minute Intake
Master’s-Level and Licensed Provider: $250
Psychologist: $275
53+ Minute Follow-Up Therapy Session
Master’s-Level and Licensed Provider: $210
Psychologist: $240
90 Minute Group Therapy
$50 - $75
These rates apply to both in-person and virtual services.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice ("no-shows"), will be charged the full rate of the scheduled session.
Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation or no-show fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
