About Me
Hi, I’m Alannah! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, who is passionate about supporting people through life’s transitions, challenges, and healing journeys.
I work with children, teens, and adults and have experience supporting clients navigating their relationship with anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, and trauma. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a safe space where you can be fully seen and heard.
How I Work
I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches using mindfulness, identity work, and trauma-informed care with a person-centered focus. Whether you’re looking to process emotions, break old patterns, or work toward specific goals, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Clinical Orientation
My approach is grounded in Person-Centered and Restoration Therapy, and I often incorporate tools from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Mindfulness and Somatic Techniques
Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Parts Work
Motivational Interviewing
Every client is different, and I adapt my work to best meet your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
Who I Work With
I currently work with children (4 and up), teens, and adults, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. I also offer family therapy.
Sessions & Availability
I offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions for flexibility and comfort, based out of our Beaverton office. I’m currently available Fridays and Saturdays, as well as Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Insurance Made Easy
I accept the following insurance plans:
Kaiser Permanente
Aetna
Moda Health Plan
Providence Health Plan
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Self-pay is also welcome.
A Bit About Me
When I’m not in session, I enjoy baking, going to concerts, and spending time with my husband and dog. Much like baking, I believe meaningful change comes from patience, care, and taking things one step at a time.
