Hi! I’m Megan, a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with individuals, couples, and families to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. I provide a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, improve communication, and develop skills that foster healing, growth, and deeper connection. My experience includes helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions, guiding them toward greater resilience and well-being.

I am a family and individual therapist who takes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to support personal growth and healthier relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore patterns shaped by past experiences, strengthen communication, and develop practical coping skills. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and attachment-focused strategies, I create a safe, supportive space for clients to gain insight, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to empower each person or family to navigate challenges, improve connections, and foster lasting well-being.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with teens (13+), young adults, and adults, offering a warm, collaborative, and tailored approach to meet each person’s unique needs. I currently offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy.
Sessions & Availability
I offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions based out of our Beaverton office. My schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with Tuesdays being virtual only.

A Bit About Me
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, reading, playing with my Goldendoodles, and spending time with family and friends. These activities help me recharge and bring a sense of balance, curiosity, and energy to my work with clients.
