About Me

Hi, I’m Maddie—a Master’s level Clinical Psychology Student and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) who is deeply passionate about supporting people through life’s most challenging chapters. I believe therapy is a space for authenticity, growth, and safety - where you are supported by a therapist walking alongside you.

I work with children, youth, and adults, and have experience supporting clients through challenging life transitions, substance use, trauma, and times of crisis. My style is empathetic, collaborative, and deeply supportive, and I aim to create a space that feels safe and rooted in authentic connection while encouraging clients to develop tools they can take with them.

How I Work

Healing looks different for everyone, which is why I adapt my therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s needs. I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Person-Centered Therapy (PCT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Clinical Orientation

My work is grounded in a person-centered foundation with an emphasis on creating a trusting and safe relationship with my clients. I enter the therapeutic space through a trauma informed lens, while pulling from cognitive behavioral techniques including DBT and ACT. My primary goal is to create a space where you feel free to be yourself, while also gently supporting you in developing strategies and tools to face life’s challenges. I value collaboration and welcome your feedback and am open to adjusting our work together to best support your journey.

Who I Work With

I currently work with individuals of all ages and welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, I’d be honored to support you.

Sessions & Availability

I offer in-person, virtual, or hybrid therapy sessions based out of our Beaverton office. My schedule is Sundays and Tuesdays in-person or virtual, or Mondays virtual.

Insurance & Rates

I accept the following insurance plans:

  • Kaiser

  • Providence

  • Cash Pay

A Bit About Me

Outside the therapy space, you can often find me hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, exploring the wine country, or enjoying a night in with some reality TV. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from George Fox University and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD). My clinical experiences includes therapy, neuropsychological assessment, risk assessments, victims advocacy work, and ABA therapy with children. I would be honored to support you through your therapeutic journey.
