About Me
Hi, I’m Jewel! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting people through life’s transitions, emotional challenges, and healing journeys. I bring a warm, compassionate, and grounded presence into my work, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and truly heard.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, neurodivergence, and relationship challenges. My approach is nonjudgmental and down-to-earth, and I deeply value building authentic, trusting connections with the people I work with.
How I Work
I believe therapy should be tailored to you. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while exploring your experiences, identifying patterns, and working toward meaningful change. Whether you are looking to process emotions, strengthen relationships, build coping skills, or reconnect with your sense of self, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Clinical Orientation
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered care, with a strong emphasis on creating safety, empowerment, and collaboration. I often integrate tools and techniques from:

A Bit About Me
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature, being around animals, and connecting with the ocean. I value presence, authenticity, and personal growth, and I believe therapy can be a space not only for healing, but also for empowerment, self-discovery, and hope.
