Philosophy and Approach

Therapy is a space where vulnerability, openness, and growth can occur. I believe it is by collaborating with you that you will find support and understanding as we go through the therapeutic process. I am willing to challenge and guide you in ways that can be difficult to face alone to create change in your adversities and struggles. I hope to build a trusting relationship with you which allows you to feel heard, respected, and authentic with regards to your holistic experience in order to help build skills and create attainable goals and solutions that you can utilize outside of therapy. I work with kids, teens, adults and couples.

Education and Experience

I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. I have received focused training in play therapy, couple therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and trauma informed interventions. I have also received training for suicide-crisis prevention and plan on continuing my education in counseling in order to best provide support and competency throughout my career.
