About Me

Hi, I’m so glad you are here! I’m Grace—a clinician in training that is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD). I am a firm believer that each human is unique and the overall well-being of a person is made up of different factors including physical, mental, emotional, and social health. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral therapy viewpoint while incorporating person-centered therapy. I focus on creating a safe, collaborative, and comfortable space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I hope my clients come with their full authentic self, with the assurance we will move forward together at your pace.

I work with teens (14+), young adults, and adults, and have experience supporting clients dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, low self-worth, and legal challenges. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—I aim to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and grounded in genuine human connection.

How I Work

Choosing therapy is a brave and meaningful first step which can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be! My goal is to make the process feel safe, collaborative, and approachable. Therapy can be a place to not only work through challenges that arise, but to also discover your strengths. Together, we can create healing and growth while building tools to support the life you desire to live. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Practices

  • Trauma-Informed Care

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Person Centered Therapy (PCT)

Clinical Orientation

My work is grounded in a person-centered and trauma-informed foundation, with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals ages 14 and up and welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, I’d be honored to support you. At this time, I am currently offering individual therapy.

I offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions based out of our Beaverton office on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Insurance & Rates

I accept the following insurance plans:

  • Kaiser

A Bit About Me

Outside the therapy space, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that be going for a walk or sitting in the sunshine. I am originally from California so I miss the consistent sun! I am always trying new coffee shops and cherish being surrounded by friends and family. In my downtime, you can likely find me watching a new crime show, cooking, or getting lost in a good book.
