About Me
I’m Erin, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have been supporting clients on their therapy journeys since 2010. I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard—because I believe that’s where true growth, healing, and hope begin.
I work with female-identifying adults (ages 18–60) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief (whether recent, long-standing, or anticipatory), and big life transitions—like starting school, changing careers, moving, or ending a relationship. Whatever brings you to therapy, I see it as an honor to walk alongside you.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. I bring my full self to sessions, and I invite you to do the same. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, human connection—one built on trust, comfort, and curiosity.
How I Work
Every person is different, and so is every therapy journey. I take time to understand your specific needs and goals so we can work together in a way that makes it meaningful and useful to you. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness practices
Clinical Orientation
My style is integrative and systemic, which means I look at the full picture—your past and present, relationships, family dynamics, environment, and life experiences—to support the changes you’re seeking.
Who I Work With
I currently work with female-identifying adults (18–60) in individual therapy. While I don’t provide couples or family therapy, I often incorporate my background in relational and family systems perspectives into our work.

A Bit About Me
In my personal time, I’m likely spending time with my family and friends (especially my five nieces and nephews), knitting, reading thrillers, baking sourdough bread, or going on walks with a good podcast. These things keep me grounded—and remind me of the simple joys that make life meaningful.
