About Me
Hi, I’m Emma! I’m a Professional Counselor Associate and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC I) who is passionate about supporting people through life’s transitions, challenges, and healing journeys.
I work with teens (13+), young adults, and adults, and have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, substance use disorders, and trauma. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a safe space where you can be fully seen and heard.
How I Work
I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches such as Acceptant and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness- based therapy, somatic-based therapy, and creative expression approached from a trauma-informed lens. Whether you are looking to process emotions, break old patterns, or work toward specific goals, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Clinical Orientation
My approach is grounded in Attachment Theory and I often incorporate tools from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Mindfulness & Somatic Techniques
Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Parts Work
Motivational Interviewing
Expressive Art Therapy Techniques
Every client is unique, and I adapt my work to best meet your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
Who I Work With
I currently work with individuals ages 13 and up, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. I often encourage family support when I’m working with teens, and welcome parents to join sessions monthly.

Insurance Made Easy

A Bit About Me
When I’m not in session, I enjoy yoga, arts and crafts, thrifting, or catching up on a new TV show. I believe therapy can be a space not only for healing, but also for rediscovery, empowerment, and hope.
