About Me
Hi, I’m Ashley—a Licensed Professional Therapist (LPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I believe therapy can bring awareness to an individual's strengths, challenge them to grow and help them live a more fulfilled life. I provide a theoretical integration approach with an existential view. My focus is grounded in person-centered counseling and bringing the individuals to their present self. I approach individuals from a holistic view, treating them whole with mind, body and spirituality. I integrate interventions that include Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness practices. I encourage exploring the meaning and value of living a life as their authentic self. It's my focus to invite the individual to explore their self-awareness, thoughts, behaviors, feelings at the pace they are comfortable with, providing a safe place without judgement.
I work with teens (10+), young adults, and adults, and have experience supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, low self-worth, grief, substance use and trauma. My style is collaborative—I aim to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and grounded in genuine human connection using trauma informed care.
How I Work
I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Person Centered Therapy
Trauma-Informed Care
Motivational Interviewing
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Whether we’re exploring difficult emotions, unpacking old patterns, or working toward goals that matter to you, we’ll move at a pace that feels right—together.
Clinical Orientation
I believe therapy is a powerful tool for helping individuals recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and create more fulfilling lives. My approach integrates multiple therapeutic perspectives with an existential foundation, emphasizing person-centered counseling and guiding clients toward greater connection with their present selves. I work from a holistic lens—mind, body, and spirit—to support each person as a whole.
Who I Work With
I currently work with individuals ages 10 and up and welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, I’d be honored to support you. I am currently working with individuals, but I have incorporated couples and family therapy into our sessions.

A Bit About Me
Outside the therapy space, you can often find me spending time with my family exploring new restaurants, discovering playgrounds with my daughter, traveling, and camping. I value balance, adventure, and meaningful connections, and I strive to bring those same values into the way I support clients in their growth.
