About Me

Hi, I’m Alannah! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, who is passionate about supporting people through life’s transitions, challenges, and healing journeys.

I work with children, teens, and older adults and have experience supporting clients navigating their relationship with anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, and trauma. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a safe space where you can be fully seen and heard.

How I Work

I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches using mindfulness, identity work, and trauma-informed care with a person-centered focus. Whether you’re looking to process emotions, break old patterns, or work toward specific goals, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Clinical Orientation

My approach is grounded in Person-Centered and Restoration Therapy, and I often incorporate tools from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness and Somatic Techniques

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Parts Work

  • Motivational Interviewing

Every client is different, and I adapt my work to best meet your unique needs, goals, and preferences.

Who I Work With

I currently work with children (4 and up), teens and older adults, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, as well as couples and family therapy.

A Bit About Me

When I’m not in session, I enjoy baking, going to concerts, and spending time with my husband and dog. I believe therapy can be a space not only for healing, but also for rediscovery, empowerment, and hope.
