To access the client portal, CarePaths visit: https://app.carepaths.com/
Click-You are an “Existing user”.
Login (case sensitive): Not your email address. BBH created this for you-Refer back to scheduling email from info@basebehavioralhealth.com
Password (case sensitive): We can reset your password if you forgot it

You will get locked out of the portal after 3 failed attempts.

In your portal, you can fill our documents, view and pay statements, complete clinical
assessments, view or schedule appointments. The Client
Portal also allows you to go for teletherapy sessions.
 
Documents to SIGN
To sign clinical documents to start services, you must visit the “Clinical Documents” under the “Clinical” tab. Once you electronically sign them with your password, they should say “pending”.


Appointments
You can view their upcoming appointments in their portal by clicking the “Appointments” tab.


Teletherapy
To access teletherapy, you must visit the blue “Join TeleTherapy Session” button in their portal. This will grant you access to the virtual therapy room.


Messaging
To send a message: Click “View Messages" and "New Message”.
Search for the clinician to contact (by last name only) and select their name from the dropdown.
Enter a “Subject” and the content of the message. Hit “Send”
To view messages: Click “View Messages".

What to Expect

In person therapy session:
There is a waiting room when you enter the suite. Please wait for your therapist there.
If you are late, please know your therapist will wait until 15 minutes after your appointment time and then will give you a call from a blocked number and will leave a voicemail.
All sessions are 50-60 minutes. 

 

Virtual (video/phone) therapy session:
Please use browser Google Chrome.
Please sign into your Client portal for your video session.
If you are unable to access the video session, your therapist will call from a blocked number and
troubleshoot you.
If you are requesting a call, the therapist will call you instead from a blocked number.

Troubleshooting

Step by Step assistance with Video

Log into Carepaths client portal(instructions above). 
1.    Select the BLUE Banner that says “Join TeleTherapy Session”
2.    Once in the session there should be a blue (possibly a different color) camera at the top left of the screen near the browser address bar. See pic below
3.    Once you select the camera, there should be options to “Allow Access to:”
a. Microphone (Enable)
b. Camera (Enable) 
 
**If you are using an iPhone 
1.    You will need to go to your iPhone Settings
2.    Apps
3.    Chrome (or whatever browser you are attempting to use – BUT Chrome is Recommended)
a.    Allow Access to
i.    Microphone (ENABLE)
ii.    Camera (ENABLE)
 

Payment for Services

Payment

Base Behavioral Health uses InboxHealth to provide you with an invoice, stating how much you owe after services with us. This invoice is automated to you once your insurance has processed your therapy visit. You will be notified to pay your invoice through email, text and post mail. Please keep us updated with your contact details to ensure contact.*Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders for emails labeled from “Base Behavioral Health.”

How to Pay Invoice
From the email and text statements you will have the option to use a “Quick Pay Link” to go to the InboxHealth portal to make payments on the balance with any credit card.
Once logged into InboxHealth portal, you can choose to set up a “Self Directed Payment Plan.” The system will request to have a set credit card on file that will be charged any balance that
has accumulated near the end of each month
*We ask that no more than 2 visits go unpaid once statements have been received or we
have the right to pause services.
